I am using Kazaa Lite K++ version 2.4.2 and avast! is scanning the files as they're downloading and the last file scanned is listed on the P2P protection page. There are many of P2P programs, so we had to choose these which are (according us) the most popular. We will consider about it (the addition is quite easy, so I think that it can be soon). Is there going to be an update soon to allow it to scan downloads from k++? It does scan kazaa lite but not k++ version.
